These terms describe the conditions for using ohmytt. Read them before querying, downloading or exporting. If you do not agree, stop using those functions. The privacy policy separately explains personal-data handling.

ohmytt is an independent public-information and media tool, without affiliation, endorsement or agency relationship with TikTok, ByteDance or creators. Trademarks and content belong to their respective owners. You must be at least 18 and have the legal capacity required where you use the service.
Current tools are free and do not require your TikTok password or login cookies. Features depend on provider availability and quotas and may be changed, limited or stopped. No particular API, content or free allowance is promised to remain available.
2. Permitted use and restrictions
Ensure you are entitled to submit requests and use results under applicable law, platform rules and rights-holder permissions. Do not harass, stalk, dox, discriminate, impersonate, defraud, build bulk personal dossiers or use results for decisions with significant effects, such as employment or credit decisions.
Do not access private or restricted material, evade authentication, paywalls, technical protections or rate limits, abuse APIs or disrupt services. Do not collect sensitive information, harm minors, disclose private data or resell data without permission. Public accessibility does not authorize unrestricted collection, copying or distribution.
3. Downloads, exports and intellectual property
Download, export or reuse only material you own, have permission for or otherwise have a lawful right to use. Respect creator download settings and separate rights in music, likenesses, trademarks and other material. A returned link is not a licence; removing or obtaining media without a watermark does not change ownership.
We grant no licence to third-party content. Do not republish, commercialize or bypass protections without authorization. Rights holders and affected individuals can submit specific concerns through Copyright & privacy requests. The operator may investigate, restrict or stop processing suspected infringement or abuse.
4. Accuracy and third-party services
Information may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or unavailable. Regions, dates and statistics reflect source data and do not verify identity or live location. Check results independently and do not rely on them for important decisions.
External sites, data providers and media delivery services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control them or guarantee reliability, security or continued access. We do not ask for credentials to unlock private content.
5. Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted access, error-free results or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for safeguarding downloaded files and for your own unlawful or unauthorized use.
Nothing excludes or limits liability that applicable law prohibits excluding, including applicable liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or other non-excludable matters. Mandatory consumer, privacy and remedy rights remain intact. These terms are not a blanket waiver of all liability.
6. Changes, disputes and contact
Material changes should be communicated appropriately through the site, with agreement obtained where legally required. New terms do not retroactively remove mandatory accrued rights. You may stop using the service at any time.
Raise concerns through the operator’s contact address. You may still seek remedies from a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction. These terms do not impose an exclusive forum or mandatory arbitration or remove protections of applicable law.
