For copyright, identify the protected work, specific disputed material and basis of your rights. For privacy, identify the data, your relationship to it and the correction, deletion or restriction requested. Confirm that your statements are accurate and explain your authority if representing someone else.
Review and scope
After receiving a verifiable request, the operator may seek the minimum further information needed, review the source and respond within applicable legal deadlines. Supported requests may lead to restricted display, disabled access or other appropriate measures. A request does not guarantee automatic removal of all material.
This is not TikTok’s reporting channel or a statement that a US DMCA agent has been registered. TikTok or creators control original content; seek removal or correction there as well. We cannot recall copies already downloaded by other people.
